This Chinese Paper Cut created by artist - Rock Xu Yi, shows assymetrical Qi Lins or Unicorns. The Qi Lin is a Chinese mythical creature that is half horse and half dragon. This in the western world is referred to as the Chinese unicorn although it  does not resemble at all the one horned unicorn commonly seen in western myths. The sighting or appearance of a Qi Lin is believed to be a good omen and  also portends the birth of a sage or a great ruler.
