This ancient scene re-created in this red Chinese Paper Cut is referred to as Lao Beijing Bing Tang Hulu. This means Old Beijing's Candied Sweet Fruits. The scene shows a hawker selling skewered candied fruits to children. These candied fruits are a common snack for children during winter.
